- No Bake Blueberry Pie (Well, you do have to bake the pie crust)

- This came from a blueberry farm in the Missouri Ozarks. Great on
- a hot summer day.

- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tbl spoon corn starch
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 tbl spoon butter
- 1 baked pie shell
- whipped cream

- Mix sugar, corn starch, and salt in a medium sized sauce pan.
- Add water and 1 cup of blueberries. Cook on medium heat,
- stirring until thickened. Remove from heat.
- Add butter and rest of berries. Cool. Pour into baked pie shell and chill.
- Serve with whipped cream.
